About me
My heartfelt letter to you
Hey, I’m Sarah, a mom of three on a mission to help you find joy and lead a fulfilling life. As a woman with disability and past traumatic experiences navigating the ever-changing phases of life, I know things can be challenging. There’s so much to do, so much to achieve and yet there is a little time with so many obstacles. I know the feeling all too well, but here’s the catch – we can be in control and process these feelings to benefit us. Trust me, my spiritual journey is proof.
It started when I was a teenager on the hunt for answers about myself and the world around me…
For the longest time, I tried to control the narrative of how other would perceive me, always feeling usure, anxious, unsafe. It wasn’t until I began looking for the answers within me that I realized, self-awareness is the key to real peace. Knowing yourself is an art and it lets you create your path to resilience.
Along the way, I was guided by some of the most amazing mentors out there. They taught me to hone my skills and embrace my gifts, ultimately helping me become an energy healing coach specializing in self-regulation of the nervous system. Today, I use the Energy Codes, intuitive readings, and mindfulness techniques to help you find your balance. After all, it’s about paying it forward and empowering other women in their unique journeys.
My goal is simple – it’s to help you achieve yours!
Whether you’re struggling with issues of self-esteem, anxiety, external validation or helplessness, I’ll step in to give you the extra push and support.
As your dedicated spiritual coach, I’ll help you find greater clarity, overcome fears, find inner peace and grow into the best version of yourself.
Don’t let the weight and density of the world squash your tender spirit. Instead, let it call even more of you home. Into your body. At the center front of your life. It’s through the extreme pressure of life’s trials that diamonds are cultivated, it’s when things are at their darkest that we cultivate proper faith, and our light is ignited. It’s through the crumbling that we can allow our wounds to be alchemized. Let your pain, sorrow, and losses make you, not break you. Let life alchemize your tragedies into gold.
